After-Hours Coordinator (Ohio)
Position requires answering phones for those periods when the office is not open for regular business and involves interacting with consumers, consumer representatives, employees, providers, and community officials. Position also requires ability to use web-based database and email applications.
Responsibilities include screening incoming calls; taking messages; providing requested information such as office hours, phone extensions and general program-related information; recognizing situations requiring referral to the On-call Supervisor,and recording of calls received.
